Our current focus lies in integration of omics data that primarily affected basic biological research using model systems. Multiple omics data sets are beginning to shed additional light on the complex, chronic inflammatory neurological disease multiple sclerosis. Cancer research is also benefiting from integrated systems analysis using omics data. In similar line, we are developing metabolic model for human infectious diseases Ex. Influenza, HIV, Malaria etc.

We anticipate that these strategies will translate into drug-development applications and, ultimately, into personalized genomic medicine. Currently, we are offering services in following domains:

YSD (Yeast Systems Biology Database) In YSD, we organized high throughput information related to microarray analysis, extreme pathway analysis, data mining etc. That provide integrated platform for users to finding targets for gene modification to enhance production of metabolite of interest for strain optimization.

Cancer Drug Discovery
Our oncology suite give emphasis on following key issues that play major role in novel target identification for preclinical cancer drug discovery:  

Modeling of complex interactions between cancer cells and surrounding microenvironment
Dynamics of proteins involve in cancer signaling
Multi-layered regulation network
Genetic and epigenetic changes
Feedback analysis with existing drugs and their clinical data

With the help of above factors we are designing genome scale robust cancer network for prostate cancer. We are optimistic for prediction accuracy of our network model for novel target identification and toxicity analysis of biological entities specifically design for prostate cancer.
