Core IT
This team explores and enables the role of IT in handling biological data through custom software services.
Bioinformaticians & Biologists:
Role comprises of data mining, Microarray Analysis and applying systems Biology approach in interdisciplinary problem solving.
Staticians:
There principal focus are on developing robust algorithms to develop better understanding of biochemical networks.
In less then 6 months of Division incorporation come up with two major Bio IT products:
Human Infection Database In human infection database we have build knowledgebase on 250+ human infectious diseases through extensive text mining.
Yeast Systems Database : In YSD, we offered integrated platform for users to finding targets for gene modification to enhance production of metabolite of interest for strain optimization.
